The Vaccin8 for the Culture campaign is a grassroots community Toronto-based collaboration with Solid Black Collective and the Jamaican Canadian Association (JCA)
In this collaboration, Ontario College of Art & Design University (OCAD U) Black assistant professors are engaging Black youth in the co-design of a campaign to address vaccine hesitancy within Toronto’s Black Community.
The Vaccin8 for the Culture campaign will create content that aims to improve vaccine literacy and promote a vaccination culture and spread Black Health, Black Lives, Black Love, Black
Joy, and Black Culture!
The Solid Black Collective’s Vaccin8 for the Culture campaign is to design and implement a grassroots street campaign to promote vaccine confidence, encourage COVID-19 vaccination while promoting Black culture.
